How it works
What happens after you contact us
Indiana has drawn several very large projects in a short space of time, and a fair number of landowners here have had an approach as a result. Whether your own ground is genuinely of interest is a specific question. This is how we go about answering it.
You tell us about the land
Tell us the county and roughly the acreage, and say whether the ground is one block or several pieces. In Indiana that distinction does more work than usual, because the projects looking here tend to be large.
We check it against public records
We check who serves your power, what transmission runs near, and where your county sits against the investment tiers. Almost all of it is public record and it costs you nothing at all.
We call you if it looks workable
You get the reasoning rather than a verdict. Where the answer is no, we name the thing that rules it out, which is worth something to you the next time somebody writes.
We make an offer, or we tell you why not
Documents come last, and your attorney reads them before you do anything. Up to that moment we have asked you for nothing but a description of your place.
None of that involves money from you or a promise to stop speaking to others. Where a party wants either from an Indiana landowner before showing any of their own work, that is worth a slow and careful reply.
Ready to find out?
Tell us about your property. There is no cost and no obligation. If it does not fit, we will tell you plainly.
Thank you. We have enough to log it. One more page and we can actually evaluate it.
These take about two minutes. Skip anything you do not know. Guessing is fine.
Thank you. We will review the property and come back to you with a plain answer either way, including if it does not fit.
